Mindfulness Meditation teacher Tara Brach says “99 percent of us are walking around in a trance of unworthiness.” Through gentle & nourishing yoga, self inquiry, guided meditations and healing practices, we create space to clear away negative core beliefs and allow the truth of who we are to be revealed.

In this workshop you will learn to lay down a foundation to:

  • Release trying to fix yourself & realize you were never broken 

  • Rest in the present moment & stop running from yourself

  • Restore a sense of feeling grounded & at home-ness in your own body 

  • Tame your inner critic and create a new story

  • Release once and for all what is holding you back

  • Create a self compassion practice tool kit & ways to heal yourself
