Yoga for all levels that takes students on a slow meandering journey 

back to the 'true self' through postures, breathwork, mindfulness & yoga psychology 

     Classes are slow, gentle & restorative

Julie's teachings combine ancient, seasonal and earth wisdom along with modern insights to create a safe environment within which to  explore and grow physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually and to manage stress
