Join seasoned yoga teacher and Mindful Outdoor Guide, Julie Kaus for a nature connection experience to welcome in the New Year. Julie will guide the group with gentle yoga movement, breathing and centering, walking with sensory awareness, nature meditation and sharing circle.
In our time together, we will be moving slowly & comfortably with the simple intention of letting nature be our guide to:
Be present in our awareness
Remember our connection with the living earth
Restore balance between modern daily living with the pace of nature
Use nature to ground, regulate & self soothe
No previous experience with yoga or meditation is needed.
All are welcome - ages 13 and older (if young people attend between 13-16 years, they must be accompanied by an adult).
