Mindful Nature Walk



In celebration of Earth Day $20

This is a virtual event via zoom that can be done from your own backyard. 

*We will begin in front of a computer or phone with gentle yoga, movement, breathwork & practicing presence as a group. 

*Then we will log off & separately find our own place in nature to engage in sensory awareness & nature invitations for one hour

*We will then meet back in front of our computers for a council share

This event allow us to:

  • remember our connection with the living earth

  • restore balance between modern day living & the pace of nature

  • use nature to ground, regulate & self soothe

Join seasoned yoga teacher and Mindful Outdoor Guide, Julie Kaus for a nature connection experience
