Mindful Outdoor Experience: A Summer Welcoming

Join seasoned yoga teacher and Mindful Outdoor Guide, Julie Kaus, for a nature connection experience

through gentle movement, breathing & centering exercises, walking with awareness, nature meditation & sharing circle

In our time together, we will be moving slowly and comfortably with the simple intention of letting nature be our guide to:

  • Be present in our awareness

  • Remember our connection with the living earth

  • Restore balance between modern daily living with the pace of nature

  • Use nature to ground, regulate & self soothe

No previous experience with yoga or meditation is needed.

All are welcome - ages 13 and older (if young people attend between 13-16 years, they must be accompanied by an adult).
