The Way of the Forest 
Yoga, Hiking & Nature Connection
Sunday, September 24th 9-11 am Cost $25 Celebrate the arrival of Autums with a nature inspired hike that includes yoga, meditation & earth wisdom. Allow your yoga practice to go to a deeper level while attuning to the natural rhythms & healing aspects of mother nature. This is an all levels friendly hike but participants should be in good physical condition. Wear sturdy shoes, dress in layers.

The Way of The River

Come meander along the river with Julie for a nature inspired hike that includes yoga, nature connection and earth/water wisdom. Take your yoga practice to a deeper level while attuning to the natural rhythms of the season & healing energies of mother earth. This is all levels friendly. No yoga experience necessary. Welcome in Summer with an evening stroll sprinkled with yoga postures through some of Frederick’s most beautiful urban spaces. End in quiet contemplative meditation as the sun sets on the longest day of the year. Allow yourself to be still for just a moment, feel your connection to the earth and something bigger

Take your yoga outside and enjoy the beauty of autumn! Join Julie for an outdoor yoga practice along the trail at Gambrill State Park, guided mindful hike and nature meditation. Soak up the vibrant energy of this season and weave the rhythms of nature into your practice. Hiking trails will be all levels friendly, but participants should be in healthy physical condition to join as there will be some gentle inclines.
