Welcome in Summer with an evening stroll sprinkled with yoga postures through some of Frederick’s most beautiful urban spaces. End in quiet contemplative meditation as the sun sets on the longest day of the year. Allow yourself to be still for just a moment, feel your connection to the earth and something bigger.
